ΗΣΦ would like to welcome its four newest chapters: Iota Mu of Virginia Wesleyan College in Norfolk, Virginia; Iota Nu of Skidmore College in Saratoga Springs, New York; Iota Xi of Bucknell University of Lewisburg Pennsylvania; and Iota Omicron of Siena College of Loudonville, New York. Over thirty students at these four institutions were inducted into the society during March and April.
The national office extends thanks to new chapter sponsors Michael Arnush at Skidmore, Stephanie Larsen at Bucknell, Patricia Marshall at Siena, and Benjamin Haller at Virgina Wesleyan. Special thanks go to student agitators German Linares at Siena and Lindy Knight at Bucknell, who catalyzed student interest in the project.
The charters of Bucknell, Siena, and Skidmore were approved at the 2013 convention; Virginia Wesleyan’s charter was approved at the 2012 convention.
A fall initiation is also planned for a new chapter at Tufts University in Boston, whose charter was also recently approved at the national convention. Thanks to Tufts student Aniket De for her work in organizing this new chapter. We look forward to welcoming Iota Pi in the fall!
