Dr. Hunter Gardner has greatly assisted Alpha Iota in our outreach projects. She has facilitated contact with high school teachers in South Carolina for our chapter’s frequent visits to Latin classrooms. She also keeps all members informed of conference, study abroad, and scholarship opportunities. She has organized pre-readings for students accepted to conferences, and acts as an academic mentor to each member, assisting them in all their classics oriented pursuits.
